Aleph Molinari - Let's Bridge the Digital Divide

This talk is an excellent depiction of this new illiteracy. He discusses three reasons for this divide: lack of access, lack of knowledge for use, and lack of knowledge on the benefits of use. The statistics are startling and demonstrate our need to address this, in his words, digital abyss and make the internet a right rather than a luxury.
