Context: As a promotional tool for public libraries
Audience: Library patrons (adult/teen)

I chose this set of technology, context, and audience because I'm generally unfamiliar with Twitter and I feel like there's no time like the present to get better acquainted with the site and how it's being used in the library world. I'm also interested in finding out more about how well Twitter works as a promotional tool for libraries themselves and library events. And since I'm considering a career in public librarianship, this seems like a good way to combine my interests.
