Don Tapscott Ted Talk

I found a Ted Talk, Don Tapscott: Four Principles of the Open World, that relates to the idea of open access from a business perspective. It covers the idea of openness on the internet, but the main focus is on principles that are important to understand when talking about openness. It does not specifically talk about open access, but I think it brings in a lot of great ideas about how the internet and social media are changing today, specifically for organizations, to accommodate all of the needs of society. He also goes off on a lot of interesting tangents and tells some great stories.

Don Tapscott is the CEO of the Tapscott Group think tank and is considered one of the leading authorities on innovation, media, and the economic and social impact of technology. He has authored many books and is a professor at the University of Toronto.
