Technology: The pros and cons of "One Laptop, One Child."
Context: School libraries, with relation to the idea of integrating new technologies such as iPads in the elementary school setting.

The idea behind the "one laptop, one child" movement is intriguing, because it offers a chance to study how young children use technology to construct their own learning, as well as the factors that make such programs successful. As the use of iPads and social media becomes more prevalent in elementary school classrooms here in the United States, it would be interesting to juxtapose the research around such integration to the findings about technology implementation in developing countries.
