Technology Analysis: WPLC Digital Library

I'd like to study Wisconsin's Digital Library ("powered by OverDrive"). The context is the Wisconsin Public Library Consortium of which MPL (and SCLS) is a part and the audience would be public library users who download ebooks and digital audiobooks. I'm interested in issues of control, cost, selection decisions, how popular it is, and stuff like ease-of-use and use restrictions.
