Blogger's and the First Amendment

Since our readings this week are all about blogging, I found an On the Media podcast that discussed a blogger's first amendment rights. Bob Garfield (the reporter) talked to the lawyer of Crystal Cox. Cox accused a trustee of a company of a lot of bad things on a web site she created. She claimed to have anonymous sources and refused to give them up. Cox is not new to this kind of blogging. She has a history of creating blogs which she uses to attack people. The podcast goes on to explain Cox's case and where the decision stands currently.
