While looking for a more in depth description of the issues surrounding the Google books predicament, I unintentionally stumbled upon this Ted Talk by Larry Lessig, the author of "For the Love of Culture". Since I tend to learn a little better by listening as opposed to just reading, I thought this video helped to explain some of Lessig's ideas a bit better for me. Plus, the video opened with a quote from John Philip Sousa, and being the band nerd that I am I couldn't not watch the video after that (even if I didn't really agree with what Sousa had to say).
